Hana Solution LLC provides independent buyer-side sourcing and procurement support focused on manufacturing in Turkey, with operations coordinated from İzmir.

What We Collect and Why
We collect the name, business contact details, company information and project details you provide through our Project Brief form, meeting bookings, email, WhatsApp or project communications. Documents may contain personal data about client or supplier representatives. Supplier research may also involve business contact details provided by clients or available in public professional sources.
We use this information to:
- Review your request, respond to you and arrange meetings.
- Prepare proposals and deliver agreed sourcing or procurement services.
- Maintain required accounting records and protect our systems and legal rights.
Where applicable, we rely on steps requested before a contract, contractual necessity, legal obligations or legitimate interests in business communication, supplier research, project coordination and security. Non-essential website tracking relies on consent where required.
You choose what to share, but we need sufficient information to assess your request. Submitting a brief or booking a meeting does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you solely through automated processing.
Who Can Access Your Data
We use Hostinger for hosting and email, HubSpot for forms, CRM and meeting scheduling, Google Calendar for calendar coordination, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics for website analysis, and CookieYes for cookie consent management and consent records. WhatsApp processes communications made through its service.
Access within our team in Turkey and Kosovo is limited to what is needed for the work. With the client’s approval, relevant project documents may be shared with field teams or external advisers for the agreed assignment. We may also disclose data where legally required or necessary for legal claims.
We do not sell personal data or share confidential project information with unrelated parties for their marketing.
Your data may be accessed by our team in Kosovo and Turkey and processed in other countries through the services listed above, including the United States. Microsoft states that Clarity data is stored in US data centres. Storage and support locations for our other services depend on the provider and account configuration.
The published data processing terms of HubSpot and Hostinger include standard contractual clauses for international transfers within their scope. Microsoft explains its Clarity processing and transfer arrangements in its privacy information. These arrangements apply according to the relevant service terms and applicable law. Retention and Protection
We keep enquiry data while assessing your request and handling related follow-up. Project records are kept for the engagement and any necessary contractual or legal follow-up. Financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting law.
When deciding whether information is still needed, we consider whether the enquiry or project is open, any outstanding obligations, applicable legal retention periods and unresolved claims. Analytics and session recordings follow the configured retention settings described in our Cookie Policy.
We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements. Access to project documents is restricted to authorised people who need them for their work.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Website technologies may collect IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited and interaction data.
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website traffic. Microsoft Clarity uses heatmaps and session recordings to analyse how visitors interact with the website.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated visit statistics, such as page views, referring websites, country and device type. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors.
