My project is already underway. Should I still use this form?
Yes. You can submit a brief whether you are at the supplier search, quotation, sample, active order, production or shipment stage. Explain what has already happened and what now needs to be resolved.
What is included in the initial review?
We review the information submitted, identify any essential gaps and determine the appropriate next step. The initial review does not include supplier research, verification, detailed document assessment, commercial recommendations or supplier contact.
When are scope, timing and fees confirmed?
After the brief has been reviewed and any essential points have been clarified. Where we can support the requirement, you will receive a defined scope, deliverables, timing and commercial terms before work begins.
Can I book a call before sending project information?
