As a Turkey procurement consultant, Hana Solution helps international buyers address a common challenge: supplier access is easy, but supplier selection is difficult.
Manufacturers, trading companies, sourcing agents, directories, and referrals can all appear credible at first glance. Yet supplier capability limitations, documentation gaps, commercial exposure, and counterparty risks often remain undiscovered until after engagement begins.
Hana Solution LLC was established to provide a structured buyer-side procurement governance framework before commercial decisions are made. Rather than operating as a trading intermediary or supplier representative, we help buyers define sourcing structures, validate supplier suitability, govern RFQ processes, and reduce execution risk before commitments are made.
We serve as the local operational extension of international buyers sourcing from Turkey, combining strategic procurement oversight with on-the-ground market understanding. From supplier mapping and validation to RFQ governance, production monitoring, and shipment readiness controls, our role is to bring structure, transparency, and control to every stage of the sourcing process.
Our operating discipline is shaped by decades of procurement, logistics, and multinational operational experience gained within regulated and high-accountability environments. This foundation continues to define how we approach supplier validation, risk control, documentation governance, and execution oversight today.
Operating through a cross-border structure, Hana Solution maintains an operational presence in both İzmir and Kosovo while supporting organizations across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, MENA markets, and the Balkans.

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
Why I built this the way I built it.
Throughout my career, I worked in environments where procurement decisions carried operational consequences. Whether in military logistics, multinational operations, or NATO-aligned frameworks, execution depended on structure, accountability, and verified information.
In those environments, supplier identity was confirmed before engagement. Documentation was reviewed before commitments were made. Risks were identified before resources were allocated. Structure was not an administrative requirement — it was the foundation that made execution possible.
When I transitioned into commercial sourcing and procurement, I observed a different reality. Many sourcing decisions were being made before suppliers were properly validated. RFQs were issued before requirements were fully defined. Commercial discussions often began before risks, documentation, or execution capabilities had been adequately assessed.
What stood out was that many sourcing failures were not caused by the absence of capable suppliers. They were caused by decisions being made without sufficient structure, visibility, and validation.
I built Hana Solution to bring the same governance discipline to commercial procurement that I had seen work in high-accountability operational environments. Not by adding complexity, but by creating clarity before commercial engagement begins.
I did not build Hana Solution to introduce suppliers. I built it to help buyers make better sourcing decisions before commercial exposure begins. The objective was simple: establish structure first, validate assumptions early, and create decision-ready information before commitments are made.
Today, that principle continues to define every engagement we undertake. It is not simply a methodology. It is the foundation upon which Hana Solution was built.
