WHO WE ARE

A procurement governance consultancy that works exclusively for buyers.

Hana Solution LLC is an independent buyer-side procurement governance and sourcing consultancy. We work with international buyers sourcing products from Turkey across multiple industry sectors — from food and FMCG to regulated sectors including medical products and defence-related procurement advisory.

Our operating model is built on a simple principle: we maintain complete independence throughout the sourcing process. No commissions. No mark-ups. No supplier-side affiliations. Revenue is generated exclusively through buyer-side service fees.

We operate as the buyer’s representative throughout the sourcing process — defining structure, verifying suppliers, governing RFQ processes, and overseeing execution. We do not sell products. We do not introduce suppliers for a fee. We govern the process.

We support international buyers sourcing from Turkish manufacturers across regulated and unregulated sectors, applying structured procurement governance before commercial engagement begins.

WHY HANA SOLUTION

Why an independent buyer-side structure matters in sourcing decisions.

Hana Solution is structured around a principle that remains constant throughout every engagement: complete independence within the sourcing process. We do not trade, represent suppliers, receive commissions, or maintain supplier-side affiliations.

Our role is not to influence which supplier should be selected based on commercial interests. Our role is to establish structure, verify information, govern sourcing activities, and support buyer-side decision-making with documented outputs.

This operating model allows procurement decisions to be made through validation, transparency, and process control — before commercial exposure begins.

Procurement discipline behind sourcing decisions

Supplier selection is approached through defined criteria, documented checks, and decision logic — not informal introductions or uncontrolled supplier lists.

Comparable supplier information

Supplier data is structured into comparable formats so buyers can evaluate capability, documentation, readiness, and risk on the same basis.

Early risk visibility

Commercial, documentation, certification, and counterparty risks are identified before negotiation pressure or supplier momentum limits the buyer’s options.

Decision-ready outputs

Each engagement produces practical outputs that support buyer decisions: validation summaries, risk notes, comparison logic, and clear next-step recommendations.

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Why I built this the way I built it.

I spent over two decades in structured procurement environments — military logistics, multinational operations, NATO-aligned contracting. In those environments, structure is not optional. It is the condition under which execution is possible. Verification precedes engagement. Documentation precedes commitment. Risk is identified before resources are committed — not after.

When I moved into commercial Turkey-origin sourcing, I found the opposite. Most buyers engage suppliers before verifying who they actually are. Most RFQs go out before compliance requirements are mapped. Most sourcing failures I observed were not the result of bad suppliers — they were the result of good suppliers being engaged without structure, and bad actors being engaged without detection.

I built Hana Solution to apply the same governance logic to commercial procurement that I applied in operational environments. Structure before supplier contact. Verification before commercial engagement. Price after structural clarity. Not as a methodology we sell — as the only way we work.

The buyer-side model was a deliberate choice. An intermediary that earns commissions from supplier introductions cannot be structurally neutral. I decided from the beginning that Hana Solution would have no financial relationship with any supplier — because the moment that relationship exists, the buyer’s interest is no longer the only interest in the room.

If you are sourcing from Turkey and you want structure before you talk to suppliers, I would like to understand your situation.

THE PRINCIPLES WE WORK BY

These are not values statements. They are operating constraints.

Every engagement is governed by these principles. They do not change based on urgency, buyer preference, or supplier familiarity.

01

Structure before supplier contact

Compliance requirements, documentation obligations, and supplier criteria are defined before any supplier is contacted. Sourcing without a defined structure is not sourcing — it is reactive purchasing.

02

Verification before commercial engagement

No supplier advances to RFQ or commercial discussion before independent verification of entity classification, certification scope, export activity, and counterparty risk. Supplier self-declaration is not verification.

03

Price after structural clarity

Price is assessed within a structured, normalised framework — after supplier identity, compliance status, and RFQ scope have been confirmed. Price comparison before structural clarity produces decisions based on incomplete information.

04

Commercial exposure only after validation

No buyer is exposed to commercial risk before the structural foundation is confirmed. Payment terms, Incoterm risk allocation, and counterparty clarity are assessed before any commitment is made.

05

No financial interest in supplier selection

Hana Solution has no commission, mark-up, or supplier-side financial relationship on any engagement. Supplier selection is the buyer’s decision, made after independent validation is complete — not the outcome of an introduction fee structure.

06

Documented output at every stage

Every stage of the governance sequence produces a documented deliverable. Buyers receive structured outputs that inform commercial decisions — not verbal assessments, introductions, or catalogue referrals.

OUR REACH

Turkey as sourcing origin. International buyers as clients.

Hana Solution works with buyers across four primary market regions sourcing from Turkish manufacturers. Turkey’s geographic position, manufacturing depth, and logistics connectivity make it a viable sourcing origin for all four.

EU Buyers

European Union

Turkey’s proximity and Customs Union relationship with the EU creates competitive logistics positioning. EU compliance frameworks — CE, REACH, MDR, CPR — are the primary verification focus.

USA Buyers

United States

US-bound sourcing from Turkey covers food, textile, machinery, medical, and other regulated categories. FDA, CPSC, EPA, and TSCA compliance are assessed for applicable product categories.

MENA Buyers

Middle East & North Africa

Turkey is a major export partner for Gulf and MENA markets. Halal certification, SFDA, SASO, and country-specific import requirements are mapped for applicable product categories.

Balkans Buyers

Balkans Region

Geographic proximity and growing trade flows between Turkey and the Balkans. EU regulatory alignment applicable in EU-candidate markets is confirmed for relevant product categories.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What buyers ask about working with Hana Solution.

Is Hana Solution a sourcing agency or supplier introduction service?

No. Hana Solution does not introduce suppliers for a fee, represent manufacturers, or earn commissions. The engagement is buyer-side governance — structuring, verifying, and governing the procurement process on the buyer’s behalf. Supplier selection remains entirely the buyer’s decision, made after independent validation is complete. There is no financial relationship with any supplier on any engagement.

Hana Solution generates revenue exclusively through buyer-side service fees — agreed in writing before any work begins. No commission, mark-up, referral fee, or supplier-side payment is accepted at any stage of any engagement. This means the engagement has no financial interest in which supplier is chosen, which certification claim is accepted, or which RFQ outcome is reached. The buyer pays for governance, not introductions.

Deniz Niyazi Yıldız brings over 25 years of procurement, logistics, and public contracting experience, including a career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Turkish Armed Forces with UNIFIL Lebanon and NATO missions, and a Systems Engineering degree from the Turkish Military Academy. The governance methodology applied in Hana Solution engagements is built from operational experience in structured, high-stakes procurement environments — not from sourcing theory. This background directly informs the verification-first, structure-before-price approach applied to every commercial engagement.

Hana Solution currently covers ten Turkey-origin product categories: Food & FMCG, Textile & Apparel, Cosmetics, Cleaning Products, Machinery & Equipment, Construction Materials, Furniture & Interior, Electrical & Lighting, Medical Products, and Defence & Security. Target buyer markets are EU, USA, MENA, and Balkans. Each category has its own compliance verification framework — see the Industries section for sector-specific detail.

Yes. Supplier Verification is available as a standalone engagement for existing supplier relationships. A supplier that was compliant and correctly classified at the start of a commercial relationship may have changed entity structure, allowed certifications to lapse, or modified production processes without buyer notification. Verification confirms the current compliance position — not the historical one. Buyers can also enter the governance sequence at RFQ, production monitoring, or shipment stage depending on where they are in the process.
