Hana Solution LLC provides independent buyer-side sourcing and procurement support focused on manufacturing in Turkey, with operations coordinated from İzmir.

Enquiries and Service Engagements
Submitting a Project Brief, booking a meeting or contacting us does not, by itself, create a paid engagement or authorise us to act on your behalf.
Before paid work begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, fees, timing and responsibilities in writing. The applicable commercial terms are set out in that agreement.
We work exclusively on the buyer side, without supplier commissions, trading margins or product mark-ups. Supplier selection and purchasing decisions remain with the buyer.
The written service agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over website content where they differ. These Terms of Use do not amend an existing service agreement.
Website Content and Toolkit
You may read, download and adapt our publicly available guides and toolkit for your own internal business sourcing assessments. You may also link to our pages and quote brief extracts with clear attribution.
Reselling, publicly redistributing or republishing substantial parts of our materials requires written permission. Do not present our materials as your own or imply that Hana Solution LLC endorses your business, products or suppliers.
Website content belongs to Hana Solution LLC or its respective rights holders. Permission to use a resource does not transfer ownership.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or private information.
- Disrupt the website or introduce malicious files or code.
- Submit information you know to be false or misleading.
Information You Share and External Services
Share only information and documents you are authorised to provide. Tell us about any confidentiality or sharing restrictions before sending sensitive project materials. Sending a document does not transfer ownership to us.
Confidentiality obligations for paid assignments are addressed in the agreed service terms or a separate confidentiality agreement. Personal data is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Links to external websites and the use of third-party communication or scheduling platforms are subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy notices. Hana Solution LLC does not control their content or operation.
